MONDAY NIGHT EPL ACTION AS LEEDS HOST STRUGGLING LIVERPOOL. PREDICTION

Leeds United are looking to keep pulling away from the dreaded relegation zone when they host Liverpool on Monday night.

Leeds are currently in 16th place with 29 points after suffering a humiliating 5-1 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace last time out.

Liverpool on the other hand have not win in five games and are in 8th place with 44 points.

Leeds retain a narrow buffer over the relegation places in 16th spot, albeit just two points clear of Nottingham Forest.

Jurgen Klopp’s only home defeat in the league this term came against Leeds in dramatic fashion in October, going down 2-1.

Leeds have conceded 10 goals in their three EPL games in April – the worst defensive record of any team in the competition during this period.

The hosts have not beaten Liverpool at home in the league since 2000/01, where Mark Viduka single-handedly crushed them with four goals in a 4-3 spectacular.

Can the Reds snap their poor winless streak and bounce back with a win here to preserve their good record away at Leeds?
